Journaling doesn’t require much. Just time, a quiet space, a journal, and a writing tool.

Practice journaling by answering the questions below.

How will you know you’re healing?

When you're getting better, how does your body feel?

What brings you joy? Consider moments of wonder and happiness.

How do you use nature to help you heal?

How do you use creativity to restore you?

Much of our healing starts in our head. When you are getting better mentally, how do you feel?

Who are the people (or pets!) who can help with your healing?

What are you most afraid of? Why?

What does "whole person healing" mean?
